I was referred to Burt's by my Mom and Dad. They had been using his automotive services for years and had always received top-notch service at a reasonable price. My car isn't in great shape and a bit older and Burt's has kept it running perfectly much longer than I expected. Also, a friend and my parents both use Burt's to service their BMWs.

Burt has been my mechanic for 12 years & has always taken care of my car repairs efficiently. Recently my car broke down in Langford & had to be towed to Burt's shop. The crew of mechanics diagnosed the problem & notified me it would take several hours for repairs, so Burt kindly drove me home, right to my door. The next day, they picked me up & drove me back to the shop to get my car. Burt patiently explained the problems, how they repaired it and what parts they used. A few days ago I brought my car into Burt's shop for some work. He gave me a courtesy car for the day, called in the afternoon when the work was completed and I drove to the shop to pick up my car. Burt explained, item by item, the work that was necessary, the parts used, the labour performed and the final bill.
